Submit a written request from the email address registered to your account. We verify identity before acting on any data request and complete verified deletions or exports within 14 working days of confirmation.

These Terms are interpreted in line with applicable Indian law in the jurisdiction where you access the platform. Where local law prohibits access, these Terms do not grant any right of use and access is not available.

Raise a dispute in writing via our email support channel, quoting your account ID and the clause you believe was applied incorrectly. We acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and issue a final decision within 10 working days.
